What is a load?
A single load is 40L (clothing or linen) of volume when dry which is a standard basket. If your laundry contains both dark and light-colored items, we will separate them into two loads to prevent color transfer, even if the combined volume is less than 40L. If you prefer all items to be washed together, please inform us, and we will accommodate your request.
Please note that all orders are charged based on the number of loads, even if your laundry contains less than 40 liters.
